Chinese Food~ Mmm
Hello! I'm back!
Today's topic is Chinese Food. Yumm! So, I got 4 or 5 people telling me to cover this part. So I'm here today to cover this part! Chinese Food , It's delicious ! You can cook your own Chinese Food, or you can go to eat at a Chinese Resturant! There are many dishs! For one, my favourite is Sweet And Sour Pork! Its basically pork mixed in batter, deep fried, then out in sauce and served. The sauce is FANTASTIC, it has that tangy sour taste, and that delicouse sweet taste all mixed together. You can have the sauce with your plain rice as well. Put a couple spoons of the sauce then mix it all up! There I have now covered ONE dish. Off we go to the second one! I'm only going to do 3 for today.
Another dish, is Beef Fry Rice Noodle, DELICOUS! Did I mention it's also one of my favourites. It's basically rice noodle, with beef , and the sauce! First they basically soak the noodles to giveit a warm welcome to the Wok. The they cut the beef into little peices. Mmm. Sounds delicous already! Then the sauce. I'm sorry! I don't know how the sauce is made. But it has to do with Soy Sauce! This dish, has the warm welcoming of the noodles when you put them in your mouth! Careful, once you put it in your mouth you can't take it out! You'll love it ! The sauce has that origanal taste adding on to the warm welcoming. The beef is just FANTASTIC! That's what I call a BRILLANT dish! Try one, one day!
Finally the last dish. The best for last! Steaming Beef Pot ! We've been talking alot about BEEF! All right, so this dish is BRILLIANT! It's served in a beautiful pot and steam coming out of it! This dish is basically beef with vegitables in a pot. It is cooked really steamy HOT! Careful, dont wanna burn your lips. Then the sauce. Mmm~ The beef gives it the most popular taste, with the chewy, saucy beef! The vegitables are just being evil! Trying to make this dish healthy! But they can't! This dish is already Healthy! The sauce gives it a ZING right in your mouth! Ba Ba BOOM! So tasty the sauce! This dish is a MUST TRY!

Chinese Tea~
Helloo! I'm Posting and ready!
A couple of people have been asking me to talk about CHINESE TEA. All right. So in today's post, it's going to be about Chinese Tea. The first one I want to talk about is CHRYSANTHIUNIUM TEA. I might of spelt it wrong, but it is a flower. A flower that has been dried and boiled. To make crysanthuunium tea, you need to get the flowers! You can get the flowers at any Chinese Herb store. Mostly Located at CHINA TOWN. When you have got the flowers wash them! Wash them good! Then put them in a pot, and boil them. In the middle of boiling put HONEY in it to make it sweet. You can put as much or as less honey as you desire. I might be young but I make the BEST COLD CRYSANTHIUMN tea! Here's an idea. I do this everyday if it's hot! Get the tea, and pour it into a cup [[Of course you have to, to drink it]] . Put as much ice as you want in it. Then get your honey and sqirt it on top of the tea, and stir it ! There you have it. Oh, by the way. The honey won't melt. What I do is, I leave it ! Sometimes I lick it off at the end! So I covered one tea! That tea is the most commen tea. There is also, Green Tea ( Which I think you've all heard). There is Red Tea. Also, there is Rice Tea!
I have now covered one tea. And also I have talked about them!

Eating at Chinese Resturants...~
Eating at Chinese Restaurants.
Hey! I'm back and ready! I have got a new topic.
Have you guys ever noticed? All Chinese restaurants serve you TEA before each meal? If you notice some restaurants for dinner, they serve you TEA and SOUP before the meal. For example, The restaurants at CHINA TOWN. [[ I may have talked about it... I think I have]] Serve you soup first. Some restaurants even ask you what kind of tea you would like. Then you order your meal. I really love the SWEET AND SOUR PORK! At the end, you'll get dessert. The dessert might be red bean Dessert, or any other. Make sure you try a Chinese restaurant one day ! Any more Topics you think I need to cover? Let me know !

Chinese Accesery and Jewlery
I know some of you wonder why Chinese people wear neckalices that we can not take off and braclets too. Well, *Hummmm* Thats right it is like a good luck charm. It is the budda on it that will protect you and keep you safe. Some of them when you go to the washroom you have to take it off. Strange is'nt it? The neckalice is ALWAYS green. I don't know why. They are sold at the temple. I think i have talked about the temple, but, it is like a chruch like you pray there.
Chinese History
A long time ago, china was a very sad place sometimes. The rich people there would treat the poor or not that rich people different. There is a channel called TVB or if you have this channel it is 801 and 802. Those channels sometimes show movies about chinese history. Did you know long ago some people in china did not have enough money to survive? When they were sick some of them pass away cause some of them can't afford to go see the docter. We should be thankful for health care. Also, some people when they kill somebody or break the law, they either get killed too. Or they go to jail. And yes... China does have a jail. This might be a surprise to some of you, Salt used to be the MOST expensive item. The boys would dress in a dress, kind of well, there are pants under. Girls can wear anything they wanted too.
